Jason Naimi has decades of experience litigating complex, high-asset, high-conflict divorce cases in Las Vegas, but he also helps couples find compromise through mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. As a mediator, Jason puts his knowledge and skills to work guiding couples to solutions that meet the needs of the entire family, without the delays, conflict, and drama that come along with the traditional divorce process.

Jason uses his experience to explain the strengths and weaknesses of each party’s position and to discuss how a judge might resolve the issue in court. The goal is to create a settlement that is fair to both parties and to reach finality at far lower fees.
